Delivery Policy

All lead times are dependent upon artwork approval, and order details.

Delivery will always be quoted on a standard shipping, prices may vary due to quantity and weight of personalised products.

 

Faster delivery can be organised on request at an extra cost.

Return & Exchange Policy - Branded Merchandise 

Refunds will be made within 30 days of Crystal Merchandise Limited receiving and checking the returned products.

All personalised printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold. Products that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

Damaged or faulty orders

For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of damaged goods and where possible we may request for products to be returned for inspection. 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before final proof has been confirmed.
